Target disk mode. Most of the time, my mini g4 lives on the end of one of my floating book shelves. There's a 10.4.11 & 10.5.8 image on it that I used to TDM onto powerpc ibook/powerbooks as I'd get them. Those have really dried up over the past few years, so it just hangs out on my shelf mostly.

They're a handy ppc TDM machine to have around. If I could find a C2duo model, I'd have matching book ends for my book shelf :)
