    Nubus Card broken off pins

Ok. Good idea and I agree, it probably will never be good unless I exchange the connector. As I live in Germany I would order somewhere here. Can you maybe take a look at this and tell me if it is the right one? https://docs.rs-online.com/be73/0900766b8110410f.pdf Thank you so much!

    Nubus Card broken off pins

it is just the two pins snapped off. The rest is some solder from me trying to do something about it. And I cracked open the connector to get closer access. But until now I was not adept enough to fix it. Thanks for your ideas :)

    BlueSCSI v2 - DaynaPORT WiFi!

Cool, that it works now! Congratulations! As much as I remember you can update the firmware even when the pico is soldered in. But it must not be connected to the SCSI interface, maybe.

Thank you! I will make a photo later. Maybe you are not going to be so sure anymore when you see that I already started tinkering with it 🙈

    Nubus Card broken off pins

Hi, I bent two pins in a Nubus network card so severely that they broke off when I tried to bend them back. Does anybody have an idea / trick how to replace them or solder something new onto them as a replacement? I appreciate your help!

    BlueSCSI v2 - DaynaPORT WiFi!

That is good news! At least one step further ;) I think the described upgrade mechanism is the standard Pico way to do it. So AFAIK you can install the firmware when the Pico is not yet soldered to the Blue SCSI board. See here e.g. https://micropython.org/download/RPI_PICO_W/ Good, that you...

    BlueSCSI v2 - DaynaPORT WiFi!

Agree, maybe we missed something that @eric can point you to. Definitely the Pico W can be used without the BlueSCSI, too.

    BlueSCSI v2 - DaynaPORT WiFi!

Yeah, ExFat is clear. I just wanted to point out that you can format an SD Card with ExFat and select GUID scheme which makes it most probably unusable for the BlueSCSI. After a reformat with MBR it worked. It seems you have tried a lot already, so maybe the Pico W is just dead if you can't...

    BlueSCSI v2 - DaynaPORT WiFi!

I would think it must be one of the solder joints. You should re-check them for continuity and possible solder bridges. Is the SD Card known good? Because I stumbled across the topic of formatting yesterday. My IIci could not boot with a new SD Card containing a known good image. The issue was...

    BlueSCSI v2 - DaynaPORT WiFi!

Just soldered my BlueSCSI kit with the Pico W yesterday and amazingly it worked immediately with the basic setup. Then I updated the firmware and followed the very well written set up steps (don't forget to create the ini file and the SCSI ID 4 reservation file. Everything went super smooth and...

AppleColor RGB Monitor height adjustment tool

Thank you @davidg5678. That is not the stand I was looking for. I mean that little bar below the monitor. I made one myself now and the 3D model looks like this. One can raise the monitor by 1,5 or 2,0cm with it by using it in one of two possible orientations. Let's see how it comes out of the...

AppleColor RGB Monitor height adjustment tool

Hi all, I just acquired a beautiful AppleColor RGB Monitor. Here and there I see pictures of it where it is elevated a bit with some bar stuck below it. Attaching a picture of what I mean and a second one of how my monitor looks from the bottom. Probably that bar can even be rotated into two...
