Yeah, ExFat is clear. I just wanted to point out that you can format an SD Card with ExFat and select GUID scheme which makes it most probably unusable for the BlueSCSI. After a reformat with MBR it worked. It seems you have tried a lot already, so maybe the Pico W is just dead if you can't...
