Printable model for the IIci Cache Card Clip?

Hello, I have this cache card and I see it was installed with a plastic clip on the top, which I guess avoids it to move too much. Is there a printable model for that thing? Thanks!

CodeWarrior Sending and receiving messages between two apps

Thanks. This points me to some direction... Although I foresee a big challenge to build a working C application using the Toolbox documentation with those illustrative snippets of Pascal code... If I'm lucky I will find maybe a full client/server basic example.

CodeWarrior Sending and receiving messages between two apps

Hello I’d like to send messages (short commands) between two applications. It may be TCP/IP or AppleTalk, whatever is easier, but it should be C or C++. I don’t really know where to start… any hint? txs!

Setting up a Carnivore2 for use with a Korean MSX2

Nice to see your progress. For now I think I'll wait to receive the MSX-USB and then I'll see about something better. There's the Carnivore, but there are a couple more of options and I still need to understand the differences.

Setting up a Carnivore2 for use with a Korean MSX2

Hi @rdmark It's been a while... how's been so far your experience with the Carnivore? I got recently a Panasonic A1F and I have an MSX-USB in its way, but I'm considering some other options to have RAM and SCC.

My V20 is alive and kicking!

Yes, they have a unique design. I think it’s kind a futuristic Japanese style of the era, which was more accentuated even with the MSX2 models

PowerCache Card in IIci -- Why So Slow?

Hello. I'm curious about the usage in the SE/30 What was the performance increase compared on the base system? Did you get the PowerCache with the original adapter for the SE/30 or did you manage to get one? I'm thinking on installing this in the SE/30 instead of the IIci and I'm trying to...

    Daystar PowerCache 50 MHz on SE/30 ???

Hey, I got a Daystar PowerCache 50 that I was initially thinking to add to a IIci, but now I'm thinking that maybe the SE/30 could be a nicer host. Does anyone has experience with this? Where could I find the adapter board? Is it compatible with the Rominator II? Thanks!

512K CRT not working until the analog board warms up

Yep... that could be indeed the cause too... a way to confirm is tapping the left side of the Mac, and see if that makes it work.

512K CRT not working until the analog board warms up

Maybe not in this case, but slow start I think is typically due to some bad capacitors
