I have a Quadra 700 and I am kicking myself in the butt that I didn’t buy vram when the reproduction sticks were available. I now want to max it out and can’t find any affordable sticks, so I’m going to attempt to make my own.
This is a bit out of my wheelhouse so I figured I would make this thread in case someone else would like to join in.
I just secured 24 TC528128BJ-80 chips, which are 128k x 8 and should do the job, I noticed there is already an open source project for 512k sticks which were made in EasyEDA:

My plan is to use this as a base line to get the board shape and pin layout and just convert it over to use these chips.
