I have an IBM PC 365, and I need a key to safely open the case, as I don’t want to break the plastic. However, I can’t find any information on which key fits this case, or where I can get one.

Which has me thinking, “Has someone modeled the IBM case keys so that one can simply be printed?” It only has to work once.

Anyone know if that is the case?

Without knowing the real peaks and valleys, it may be best to just get a lock pick set and pick it... then once you have access to the lock, you can find a blank and grind a key (or 3D print one). I don't know if they only made 17 versions and somewhere, someone else's key will work on yours.
