Hello. Some time ago, I set out to replace the ADC ports on certain OEM graphics cards with an HDMI port.
I finished the project a while back and have converted several graphics card models (Ati Rage Pro, Radeon 7500, GeForce 2 MX, Geforce 4 MX, and a Radeon 9000 Pro); it seems to work well. Here is the link, where you can find the Gerber files to carry out the conversion.

I also took the opportunity to add a USB 1.1 port (Type C) for Cube users—a machine that lacks such ports—though it works on any Mac with an ADC output.
