Adding a CD-ROM to my Quadra 950

Does anyone know where I can find the parts needed to install a CD-ROM?

I need

- an audio cable
- a power cable
- tray-loading drive bezel
- CD-ROM cage/sled

If anyone could point me in the right direction, that would be appreciated.
