Is anyone out there interested in buying some brand new reproduction battery packs for the Lombard / Pismo?

Was thinking maybe $100 ?
If there’s interest I’ll buy more dead battery packs.

could also do a discount if you trade in your dead packs so I can get the electronics out of them and not have to seek them out and buy them.
I'm absolutely interested! I even created an account here just to express my enthusiasm for this. I'd definitely want to buy at least two - one for each bay. I have no problem sending in the two dead ones.

Well I never made the 3d printable model yet but i ended up making two of them that worked out great using the existing case plastics I was able to pry open carefully. The get about 3 hours runtime. I need to electronics out of one to make one.

if you want to send me yours I can crack it open and build one.

Since the 3D printed model wasn't created, I'm fine with using the existing case plastics. I'll reach out to you to discuss it further. Essentially, you'll just be installing new cells into the current case. I'll get in touch so we can work out the details.

Yeah I have been wrapped up in designing an Atari 8 bit computer to laptop conversion I am trying to finish for VCF Socal so ive been deep into modeling that and my printer has been running non stop...

The problem with the pismo packs is that darn curvy design is going to be a bit tricky to model. A friend trying scanning it but it was nightmare. And the fact that you need th electronics out of the original packs anyway, I was able to just carefully pry a couple open that didn't crack and went with that. Eventually I will probably model a new pack for 3d printing one I finish up my other projects
