I would still recommend recapping it. Almost all Macs prior to 2006 have problems with capacitors, and they get worse the older they get. Once they start leaking, they can cause irreversible damage.
Any Thoughts on this "Prototype" 6360?

Booted with or without Video? If without, have you got a 7" PCI VidCard? In any event, hook it up to a MultiSync VGA Panel.
Booted with video with that RCA input card removed with it installed it will give no image.
Not to worry everyone I sent the drive to @Johnnya101 and hopefully he can get that OS out so everyone has access to it.
