I’ve got an Apple //c whose video output (from the RCA jack) wobbles horizontally back and forth rapidly and continuously, with a slight pause less than half a second every second and a half. And there’s regularly a glitch across the screen, as if the signal was cut very briefly.
What might be the cause, and how to fix it?
Checked the capacitors visually : no leakage, no bulging
Measured the 5V line : rock steady @ 4.97 V
