Classic Mac Rainbow HD Icon?

Spotted this in Action Retro's recent Macintosh TV YouTube post. He mentioned this rainbow HD icon had come from Mac84. Unable to find it on the open web... anyone have any idea where this can be found?

I made the HD icon a few years back using Icon Factory's software. Sean needed a HD image for his Mac TV, so I set one up for him... with some custom icons and some cursed folders.
