Clockometer v2.0.3

I'm rather surprised I'm the first person to ever make a Macintosh Garden request! Oh well, it must start with someone, right?

The Garden currently has versions 1.7 and 1.9 of Clockometer, but Archive.org shows there was a newer version 2.0.3 too:

NewerTools (aka Gauges) - Download Them Now

Sadly (and is usually the case with Archive.org) that download was never archived. But I suspect one of you out there may have it, hence this request.
