Display issues after recapping 160 screen

Recapped a 160 screen and now I'm seeing this (can actually see something now but not much!)

Am I out of luck? Or something else I could try?

Found this on the back side... When recapping a screen best look and clean the back of it too.

what is the part number for the screen? I think you'll need a replacement. That's well and truly killed.
