eMate 300 battery drain

Howdy!
Any thoughts on whether a drop of over 75% over a week of sitting idle is normal. I've rebuilt the battery pack with new cells, but is this Lenovo-level of battery drain typical? Is there anything I can do to make the battery last longer between uses?

Heyho. I'm pretty far from being an export Newtonian but with my eMate (also rebuilt battery pack) sometimes I've seen very quick battery drains when the emate was supposedly sleeping. Whereas generally it lasts for quite some time. It's caught me out quite a few times when the eMate's battery was so drained it had to be reset to allow it to accept a charge. I never worked out what it was though. Luckily it's not happened for some time. Perhaps ask on the Newtontalk mailing list?
