Do you still have analog TV in the US? Here in France (and pretty much everywhere in Europe?) analog TV broadcast has been discontinued like 15 or 20 years ago! So, losing the TV tuner is not that a big deal!

One thing very cool would be that an electronics wizard develops a drop-in digital TV tuner replacement…

US was in 2009 after a few push backs - kinda sucked for rural people as the range for digital tv was much shorter. Parents had to get satellite as nothing would reach anymore. Also I just have a terrible time with antenna's and I'm right on the edge of the range. Plex and stream most everything though so only live sports really matter there.

I did get a Color Classic board to power up in it - I currently have it fully disassembled to remove all the rusted shielding. Will start a thread on the restore process once I'm done. See if i can pickup a 550 or something similar at VCF MW this year.
