In California, an Italian restaurant had sawdust all over the floor. I recall it as a LOT of sawdust to wade through, but not as much now. It is reminiscent of the old world in the Italian countryside.

I've seen Hannibal's, it's easy to tell the difference. His has this cast accessory fitting:

I ran into a great deal per pound on some beef locally that I couldn’t pass up and that was reason to pull out this gadget. - a vacuum sealer.

This particular unit is a Internet 5003134. I typically use this for venison the family harvests but in any instance of protein plenty, these are always a welcome bit of culinary technology and a fav of mine.
