Found source of "Jail bar" problem on SE/30

Just thought I would post a pic of what I found under chip UE8 on my SE/30 mobo.
Pins 2 and 3 represent 2 bits of video data that goes directly to pins 2 and 3 of video chip UC7.
Nothing like missing pads to explain why data wasn't getting to the video chip!

I still have to run some jumper wires to fix the problem but at least the root cause isn't a mystery any more

Looks like that C7 capacitor leaked out prior to replacement causing havoc is the surrounding area.

Yeah! C7 causes a lot of problems for UE8 and it's neighbours. My other SE/30 also has corrosion on UE8 but it's video is perfectly fine (thankfully !)
I was surprised to see how much damage there was to the pads which is why I decided to post my findings for others to see.
