I have a Quadra 950 & an ethernet addon (via AAUI). Can anyone help me get this computer on the internet?

Best thing would be to get ethernet to wifi bridge adapter with usb power.
Pending on what mac OS you're using, Open Transport is lot easier, Also AppleShare 3.8.8 from Mac OS 9.2.2 is the best one that works in System 7.5.5

And what is meant by "Internet"?
Using public/local FTP, NTP, or, for example, an application from Macintosh Repository to access the application archive will not be a problem. Some people still use BBS.
Internet pages of text or simply sites should also work, but I haven't tried it.

There shouldn't be any problems.
Out of the box, Mac OS 8.1 should work normally with the network, no additional actions should be required.
If there is no DHCP, then configure the address manually.

Can you elaborate more on this?
In addition, a Ethernet to WiFi bridge may not be what he's looking for. If he wants to download some things off the internet, what's wrong with just using Ethernet alone?

I am using a 'Dlink Dap-1522 Xtreme N Duo Wireless Bridge Access Point'. it works good, exactly what I need. I just need a browser that is more up to date. I am connected ok, browsing not ok. I wanted to download mac software direct to the mac quadra 950 computer
You won't get a more modern browser for a multiple reasons.
A) Security. Most sites these days require SSL v2 or v3, and at least TLS 1.2 but 1.3 is the norm last I checked.
B) Bloat. A Macintosh SE/30 would load Google in about 30 seconds, if that's still possible, but that was 10 years ago. And that was just the front page.
C) Demand. There's almost no demand for an updated System 7 compatible browser these days. Browsers are a huge undertaking, and two of the most recent examples I'm aware of are Classilla and TenFourFox, which both have lapsed in development for human reasons. Classilla stopped being in development since 2021, and that was meant for Mac OS 9. TenFourFox was meant for OS X 10.4, and that halted progress too.
Macintosh Garden is compatible with certain older browsers, but even something "capable" (I'm using that word loosely) like iCab is going to be slow even on a PowerPC 601, which is much faster than a Quadra 950. Macintosh Garden offers an FTP service, which...can be difficult to navigate because of the sheer number of items.
Your best bet is to download the article on a newer system, process it if need be and then AFP it over to the Quadra.
P.S. The AppleShare 3.8.8 comment I'm not sure about, but I guarantee that you can't install that on 7.5.5.
