ThinkC Good mirror of Apples ftp server with code samples?

Anyone know where a (working) mirror of the old apple ftp developers is? This one is broken, all .sit just have .DS_Store files in them https://staticky.com/mirrors/ftp.apple.com/developer/Sample_Code/Archive/Files/

Browsing usenet posts form 1980's they all point to ftp sites which no longer exist, but someone should have a mirror of this - I just cant find it!

Anything specific you are looking to find? A great source of code samples is also the old MacTutor/MacTech CDs.

Just pick a random one, use ImportFi on vMac get this:

Yes I poked around on archive.org but searching for these file names doesn't show any results. I'm looking for specific ones as they are referenced in usenet posts - but yes MacTech CD has tons of great stuff.

Interesting, it works fine in Infinite Mac, but not in Mini vMac with ImportFL, even when using the same version of Stuffit.
The files are there though...

Very strange! I use vMac all the time this way, but it's just these files that broke this way - I'll investigate further but glad it's my env not the files!

I use StuffIt Destinations.app in macOS Monterey to extract those files successfully. I think it's part of Stuffit Expander 16?
