There are many GOTEK floppy emulators ranging from $15-$55, which one to take? I need one for PC.

Any of them honestly, as long as you flash HXC flash floppy firmware you'll have a stronger compatibility for disk types and operation.
I prefer the units with double 7 segment displays as I usually replace with OLED, rotary encoder etc
