I found this guy in a Mac IIci I picked up at an estate sale. The two DSP16A chips give it away as a Photoshop accelerator, but who is the manufacturer? It's not a ThunderStorm or a Daystar Charger. The design is very similar to these cards but there are no SuperMac or Daystar markings and the chips are laid out differently on the PCB. The part number 250-0358-010 Rev A doesn't give me any good leads either. Maybe a Storm Technologies card that was the OEM to SuperMac and Daystar?

Any thoughts? The system also had a Radius Precision Color 8-24X if that's any clue,

I would guess it is original one.
If you find the PicturePress software on the hard drive than than you know it is Storm…

@slomacuser

Unfortunately the boot drive was dead so no interesting software that might offer some clues. One of the external data drives reveled that the original owner worked for a large Apple reseller. (There was a lot of sales data from 1989-1996 that I'll comb through some day but that's a different story.)

My best guess now is that it's a Micron XCEED ICDP-II card, which was Micron's version of the Storm card. If you look at the diagram of the card showing in this picture, it seems to match my card pretty well. (The crystal between the two DSPs seems to be unique to the Micron card.) I found a picture of the Xceed ICDP-II in the May 1991 issue of MacUser. It has some very slight differences but I think it's safe to say it's a Rev A vs. Rev B thing.
