Thanks for having me here, I'm framling, 40-something developer and a huge iBook G4 fan (I have one since about 2006, the 12" mid-2005 one), trying to use my precious every day for various tasks (programming in Lazarus/Pascal or REALbasic, web dev in TextMate and Coda, writing notes and articles in the same TextMate, cataloging my old games CDs and DVDs, listening to music, managing my iPhone 3GS and obviously playing insane amounts of games. I'm running OS X Leopard on my iBook and I have a huge Win2k VM inside VirtualPC which I use for Windows app development. It works, slowly, just as it should.
I think I've been lurking TinkerDifferent for an year or so, and finally decided to take the big step. Shout up to the Staff person who approved my account, it took one week to get my account rejected from Macrumors and another week after I opened a support issue to ask what was that about. <3
