Has anyone reverse engineered the expansion connector in this PC? I did check and it's the same pin pitch as a PCI connector, minus about four pins. I was wondering if anyone has already tried to make an ISA adapter to fit like one 8 bit card in this machine.

I found some info here, looking more into it:

I did something like this a few years back, mainly to use cheaper sound cards but it works with a modified XTIDE bios and also works with ISA SCSI cards and network cards.

Here is the github and gerber files if you wanted to make your own, its very simple.

Yes, but some 16bit cards may interfere with the floppy.
Here is a picture with a tandy style sound card

Awesome. I plan on making this the best PS/1 2011 I can with this, Gotek, XT to IDE, RAM and maybe a bit of an overclock.
