iBook g3 password

I recently got this iBook g3 clamshell for $25 when I tried to make a new user account I needed to restart it but when it booted up it did this, how do I fix it without the original discs

Try booting the computer while holding the shift key down to turn off all extensions. (if the shift key doesn't work, maybe escape will?) If this gets you to the desktop, there ought to be some settings you can disable to stop this program from running.

If you have another computer with a CD drive, it is possible to burn a working OS installer disk and reinstall the OS that way.
