Identifying memory modules.

In order to deal with the post traumatic stress of having bought a battery bombed SE/30 I ventured down into the basement doing inventory of old stuff.

I found a load of memory modules. I'm sure there's a RTFM somewhere but I'm also sure that some of you here can identify this stuff on sight  I especially wonder about the 512k cache module. As a bonus picture I put in my long missing UnimacFly, that one you will have to pry out of my dead hand.

The last memory picture before the video adapters appears to be two PowerBook memory expansion cards. Possibly 190/5300 or 3400 series.

I kind of remember that now that you say it.
Here are the photos of 3400c memory expansion cards:
64MB From my CL 3400c post
And 16MB From my CL 3400c post
The 190/5300 has the same connector, but in 180 degree orientation.

Your item on the left (P20936) appears to be for 3400c and the one on the right (L3596) appears to be for 190/5300

Googling the part number yields nothing, but if the "4" indicates 4MB, then I assume it's a 16MB "composite" SIMM based on that chip at the top, lacking only the parity chip (which Macs don't need). But not all Macs play well with "composite" SIMMs, so keep that in mind when testing that RAM.

I too have one of those UniMacFly video adapters. They're great...

Guessing it's a less common 2MB SIMM since all the other DRAM marked with 514400 are 1Mx4 DRAM:
