I´ve got a problem with an iMac G3, sometimes when I am using the iMac, and i restart it, it chimes and stays with the orange light on and dosen´t turn on, I have to leave it unplugged for 30 minutes so it after turns on. When I get it to turn on while startup it says " There was a memory error, please take the computer to technical service" any ideas?

Sounds like bad RAM as the error is indicating. You could try a diagnostic like TechTool Pro to get more confirmation. Otherwise if you have two chips you can try removing one and swap testing to figure out which has failed. If you have one chip, it's time to find a replacement.
Ok, thank you, Ive got another question, how could I transfer files to the iMac?, it dosent open any pages and the usb stick dosent get recognised?, any ideas?
What are you plugging the USB stick into? I don't think they will work if plugged into the keyboard.
The iMac has ethernet, so you could set up a simple FTP server on a modern Mac with something like QuickFTP and then download a client (Fetch/Transmit) from a site like Macintosh Garden. That site is meant to work with older Macs. If that page doesn't load you need to fix your TCP/IP settings.

Ok, you’ll you pass me some links for the software I need for the modern Mac?, And for the old Mac what do I need? I plugged the usb directly to the Mac and it dosent recognize
Perhaps you need to update to 8.6 or 9 to get that drive working. How did you attempt to access it? Did you format it with Drive Setup? If it's formatted with a more modern file system it's not going to mount in 8.5.

Ok,I got to connect the iMac to the internet, what type of disk do I install mac os 9 in? because dvd+r are not read by the computer. Could you share Mac os 9, prefibly in spanish (from spain), and the specific type of ram my computer uses (prefibly a 64 mb stick) on amazon. Thanks for your time.
