Got this one a few years back and while it works mostly well (doesn’t jam, communicates well with my macs, etc), the printing always has a fair amount of smudging. Pics tell the whole story but it’s almost like the ribbon kept riding the paper thus leaving a trail. From the pics you can see it clearly is worse on the end of each printed line.
Is this a common thing and regardless - any ideas on how to fix or improve?
The ribbon is new but I believe the old ribbon that came in the printer when I got it (used) had the same issue so I don’t _think_ it’s a ribbon problem —any help appreciated!
