I'm working on a long in gestation classic Mac OS project, more for my own fun but do hope to release it someday. I want to include a logger that can write out to a window and/or a file and if there's something already out there would love a pointer it. I'm targeting Mac OS 8.5+ (I'm building against CarbonLib, but not planning on a Mac OS X version) and am looking for something fairly modern for the time. I've been looking into using WASTE or MLTE but those are both very targeted at user-generated text content and inserting text, that's not coming from a Paste operation, seems to be kind of a pain and not really a use case that was contemplated with those APIs. Appreciate any pointers!
