Ah, another UK person, welcome! :D

Personally, i use mouser.co.uk - i'd follow the guide that @JDW has here:

There are SOME differences however, in that the international board has double the amount of large caps. That being said, the safety caps are the same.

I looked at mouser.co.uk following the link's from Mac84's guides, however, despite having a UK portal, all shipping appears to be from the states using Fedex and will cost too much.

There's DigiKey as well, but honestly, once the order is over £32 iirc, the shipping is free anyway.
