Mac SE/30 broken trace

I'm recapping an SE/30 board and I noticed there's a broken trace. This looks intentional and not from cap juice. I also find it odd that it's between two IC's for it to be accidental but it's always possible. I'm wondering if this was done by Apple since there's also a bodge wire underneath the board. Has anyone noticed this broken trace on other SE/30 boards?

This was a factory bodge done to early SE/30 boards. There was an error in the layout related to the video circuitry, without the fix the display slowly becomes garbled. The cut trace and bodge wire reroute one of the signals to circumvent the error and let manufacturing continue until the layout was fixed.

Thanks for confirming. I wasn't looking forward to fixing a trace in between two IC's.
