Mac SE video output compressed vertically (not tall enough / skipping rows)

Now I'm really confused... UG8 is the column counter. UF8 is the row counter that had the wrong frequency on pin 3.

They're both surface mount LS393s.

Went to look at the board. I'm an idiot. It was UF8...
