Macintosh Classic lines in screen (analog board)

Hi guys,

I've got this Mac Classic which I've finally got a new CRT for and have recapped the capacitor-plagued board. It looks good now and is working mostly,
aside from this issue where (no matter the brightness) I can see the raster on the screen.
I believe it's the equivalent of the U1 chip being bad on an SE, but I'm not sure what to do in this case.
I've attached a video of the problem, so if anybody knows it would be greatly appreciated.

I think there is a sub-brightness on the analog board, you can find it on a panel near the power switch. Just make sure you use all plastic tools to adjust it, as there are some adjustments that use a metal slug that goes through an inductor, and metal tools would screw that all up
