I have the other end of this problem (hinge replacement). My hinge is fine, but my acrylic kickstand is broken.
Not much left to hold on to
I removed the excess to make room for a metal shim so the screws can hold on tightly.
I used some flat sheet aluminum and a bench vise to bend it. I utilized a piece of pipe similar in diameter to get a curve to match the kickstand.
These are the parts required:
Assembling the top and bottom plate with a screw through the center hole to hold them in place
I have mismatched screw heads and lengths
And locking nuts on the bottom
Its kickin'
