What does the group mind think about trying to recover/republish some of the material that's been lost to time?
In particular, I'm wondering if Mike Breedan (sp?) still has the many, many how-to articles that he's pruned from xlr8yourmac.com over the years. Plus the old compatibility database he used to host.
It would also be great if Jeff Keller kept an archive of the PowerWatch forums. There was an incredibly vast wealth of PowerComputing Corp. information shared there. Later Jeff Keller ran a successful digital camera review site, Digital Camera resource page.
It looks like some of PowerWatch might still be available on the Wayback Machine. So maybe I should just link there as needed, if I can remember the old posting. Edit: Arrrrggghhhh. It appears that the Wayback Machine archived the login page for the message boards, but none of the contents. Sigh.
Kaye Yum and I posted a ton of NuBus video card benchmark results.
