Hi!
I'm based in England (Middle-aged bloke without a beard ). I started off with a ZX81, and bounced through different machines, and now have my own little collection. Ranging from a ZX81 to more exotic stuff, like a MSX2+, and on to newer stuff, like a Spectrum Next. Either way, I've a habit of pimping out my machines. eg. My Amiga 1200 has a Vampire and a 250GB m.2 and an IDE External DVD burner, plus more mods.
I've a feeling most will talk about things, that will just fly way over my head. I understand very little about electronics, but I'd class myself just a little more than a noob when it comes to having a go at getting the soldering iron out, to try and fix things.
I just like the idea of where fellow minded people don't like gatekeepers, or people who mock others for asking non-lazy questions.
I personally have my own little YouTube channel, where I try to make fellow noobs, understand they can try stuff for themselves too.
I'm looking forward to see all the different projects, and getting to know new people.
Cheers!
