Great question!
We currently have 5 "Tinkerer" levels setup, which are advanced by number of posts. New Tinkerer is currently set for 0-9 posts. When you hit 10 posts, it should change to Tinkerer. The next level is a 50, then 100, then 250, but we should probably adjust those because they are much too low in my opinion.
