Mosfet for M2E-SLI

Hi there dident know what section put this under tho i thought id try here its bit newer then a 6x86 class machine anyways years ago my nforce 500 mobo decied to die one day i tried to resurect it using thermal cam spoted a mosfet on the board go bad tried to repacle it with a genecric one from a dead lga board dident work lost the fet and years ago tried to reflow that with a hot air station ive got some pics of the fet that the orginal suspect i put is a npn one think its a pnp. also cant find a board view file my model love to resurect this with some 680 sli goodness
If anyone has one of these please tell me the fet part number, its the one with the red square and touge at the right angle

I wonder if it's possible to find a good high resolution image of the board, read the part number off it?

Hi Kai after hours and hours of searching google found a board view file for a similar revsion mines 1.00G theres 1.00GA turns out it's a P3055LDG N-Channel Logic Level Enhancement Mode Field Effect Transistor , have to rip the scope out do lots of trouble shooting with this, btw if you want that x1600 pro agp send me a pm with your details
