I messaged them first and told them what I wanted - and forwarded them the original picture from Reddit - and they quoted me a price, and told me how long it would take. Once I agreed, they made a "custom sign" item BIN and forwarded it to me, and I paid. They quoted six weeks, but it got here in more like four weeks, packaged very well.
It's about 16x20 inches, so not huge. The price was in line with what you'll see on their for sale items.
I'm pleased with it!
