non-aluminum axial caps polarity

Recapping my SE with a cap list from @JDW. They sent me 2 axial caps for C11 aand C18 that I've never seen before. I think it's a "Vishay" cap.
I'm not sure which side is neg- or pos+.

I googled it and got only one hit from reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/AskElectronics/comments/xd5h0g .

I don't really trust Reddit advice much though so asking here. So with the cap type pictured below, how do I know which side is pos and which is neg?

Thanks @JDW! I have seen your video but I didn't remember that part. It appears the Reddit poster was correct, although I do trust your guidance more
