Here's a reference design NuBus and PDS card plate to modify and 3D print.

This card shield is used on NuBus and PDS cards of many Macintosh models. The 3D model is based off the dimensions shown in Designing Cards and Drivers for -the Macintosh Family Third Edition. The bracket model has no holes and is meant to be modified for whatever suits your needs. It supposed to use M3 screws like the original brackets. You can tap the bracket with a M3 screw or tap.

Edit:
I've added a 1.2mm thick version of the bracket which should still work with most cards. I've also added a bom to the git repo to mention the screws should be m3x5mm. I find it annoying when screw lengths aren't mentioned so I don't want to do the same mistake with omitting the info lol.
