I was very fond of Blasto for the Texas Instruments 99/4A and recently even got an original Gremlin Blasto arcade board running. However, the TI port - though a lot of fun - hews very closely to the rules and limitations of the arcade original. This is my attempt at rectifying it on the Commodore 64, with 384 procedurally generated screens, multiple explosions and multiple shells, and full game configurability.
