I'm trying to open "HD20_512-1GB-MacPlus-6+7.hda" to see what's in it. Is there a way to open it in Basilisk II? I tried renaming the extension to img, disk, but neither work.
MacOS may be hiding the real extension. As a result you may be inadvertently renaming your files to “myfile.img.hda”.

Check for the extension setting in finder or have a quick Google. Setting the extension to “img” has worked for me in the past (though it’s been nearly a year).
