PC Chips PSKBM1 V1.6A power question

So I have this motherboard and it has a 6-pin power connector. It came with the power connector that was cut off a PSU. today I tried connecting it to a bench power supply and it turns on but does not post. I noticed that there are only 3 yellow cables and 2 black wires coming out of the power connector. I am wondering if it is missing wires to make it fully turn on? I tried several googles searches and only can find either these boards for sale or the manual which is just a high end overview of the board and the computer it came in. I am unable to find anything regarding the power. Please see the attached photos of the board, the label on the board and the power connector.
