When I bought my M3, I was dead set against getting a subscription with Adobe Photoshop. So, I got a copy of Affinity Photo. It's still early days, and I'm in more or less parroting mode. I'm slowly starting to understand the program; there is definitely a learning curve. But it's important to go beyond parroting and truly understand HOW AND WHY the tools function the way they do. Otherwise, you're not really learning.
