Quadra 700 and Apple Two Page Display - VRAM Issue?

Hi Everybody!

I just upgraded my VRAM in my Quadra 700 with 6 x 256 kB of VRAM (100ns) from SiliconInsider on Tindie.
I am seeing graphical glitches when running my Apple Two Page Display off of the built-in video port on my Quadra 700.
I am able to run at 16 shades of grey and below just fine. But when I enable 256 shades of grey, I get little vertical lines on the lower half of my screen.

Does anyone know if this is a typical VRAM speed issue? I am considering getting the 80ns version and testing it out. Otherwise, I may need to seek out the Apple Two Page Display card and see if that will help.

Thanks,

I wonder if your VRAM SIMM sockets might have some oxidation? You could try some DeoxIT with a tooth brush scrub. (that helped my Q700 with a similar video issue).

Thanks for the suggestion - I just used deoxit and cleaned it :)
Unfortunately it still has the same issue. :(
