Apologies for being brand new to oscilloscopes.
I'm not sure if this is good, bad or meaningless. I'm getting signals all over the board and they all seem to be at 60hz with various peak to peak voltages, Fcnt, etc.
Can i infer anything from this? I just don't know where to begin with the oscilloscope or what I'm looking for. (I've tested continuity with a multimeter from legs to socket pins and from socket pins to destinations galore for weeks and that all seems to check out).
I've heard people reference "walking the bus" which I assume is determined by checking the ROM socket pins? How is this done?
