Rominator II programming options

I see here BMOW hasn't sold programmers since 2019.

Are there any ready-made units for sale anywhere? I'd rather not build one.

no. @Kay K.M.Mods found it hard to build one. The chip you need is hard to find and tend to be broken when you do find them. So he made a new Rominator II that you can use normal rom programer.
