SE/30 PSU Schematic

Does anyone have a schematic for the "Apple Singapore" PSU used in some SE/30's? I've found the Sony one, but can't seem to find the Apple Singapore one. My PSU was very leaky, so I've recapped it but its voltages are still about half what they should be. There's a 47K resistor that measures fine (in and out), but the board around it is very scorched - so I've replaced it with a higher wattage one, but that's not going to be the source of the voltage deficiency..

Failing a schematic does anyone have one of these PSU's, and if so could you tell me what resistance R309 is supposed to be? I measured it in circuit and it was basically zero ohms, so I took it out and it's reading the same. It got drowned in cap juice and it's bands are mostly gone.

Shares a part number with the iiFX PSU, so I'd imagine similar components and connections but laid out differently.
