I read somewhere that the Spectre GCR can directly read SCSI Mac hard drives.
If anyone knows, does this mean I could plug a Mac formatted Jaz drive into the scsi port on an ST at STacy for example? I thought the ST’s hard drive port was ACSI not SCSI .?.

That is most likely true, since my Amiga with AMax can do that. AMax/Specte emulates the scsi manager and scsi is scsi...a Linux box that includes HFS filesystem can read a Mac SCSI drive.

I can boot my Amiga (emulating a MacPlus with AMax) off the same Mac zip disk I use on real Macs.
